How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping - 2 to 7 weeks
Express shipping - 1 to 3 weeks

Care instructions
Clothing
★ Wash inside out, in cold water, on gentle cycle (max 30C or 90F)
★ Do not tumble dry
★ Do not iron over the printed \ embroidered design
★ Do not dry clean
★ Some items requires hand wash. it will be specified in the item's description
Jewlery
★ Please treat your jewelry gentley
★ Don't wash it
★Don't put it under direct sunlight for too long
★ Don't try to pull or strech the jewelry
Returns & Exchanges
There is no exchange, but you can return the items. after we will recieve it , it will be refunded to you (excluded shipping fee) , you may use the refunded money to re-purchase again (refund may take up to 30 business days to credit back to your bank).
Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable. Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.
sale items cannot be refunded.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you recieved your package If 7 days have gone by since it has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, no smells like perfume. We have right to deny the returned product or sending out an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we're not responsible for any return shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
